They are electrical installers, who sell and install complete Ortronic® systems. They can buy the Ortronic® systems to License Holders or Exclusive Distributors if they exist at the zone, or directly from Ortronic® if there aren't at the zone.
They will have technical advising from Ortronic®, by e-mail and by phone via Skype.
