The demonstration consisted in comparing the energy savings of the Ortronic^® converter with a reference converter, of a well-known brand and wide market presence, the top selling converter in Europe.

The demo consisted in transferring water using the energy available in a set of batteries.

As the first part of the demo, the reference converter was connected to the batteries and to the water transfer system, as indicated in the figure, leaving it operating until the batteries ran out, regularly measuring the amount of water transferred.

In the second part, the reference charger was disconnected, the batteries were recharged to the same level and the Ortronic^® converter was connected, also leaving it operating until the batteries ran out, and regularly measuring the amount of water transferred.
